We believe quality veterinary care should be accessible to all pet owners. That’s why we offer a variety of payment options to fit your needs, including major credit cards, CareCredit, Affirm, and in-house Payment Plans for those who qualify. We also offer a cash or Zelle discount! Payment is due at the time of service, and we’re happy to discuss financing options if needed.

We offer a 3.5% discount for payment with cash or Zelle! 

We do not accept checks. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. 

Payment Plans

We also offer a 3-month in-house payment plan to those who qualify to help manage the cost of your pet’s care. Please ask us for more details about this option. We are committed to providing the best possible care for your pet, and we want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. Deposits & Cancellations

Canceling with ample time will help us fill your appointment time and provide care for pets that are waiting to be seen. Therefore, we have the following policies in place:

Telemedicine Appointments: A deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

  • For cancellation of appointments with a start time before noon, we ask that you let us know by the end of the prior business day or leave a voicemail overnight. 
  • For all appointments with a start time after noon, reschedule appointments 4 or more hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the deposit. 
  • “No Call, No Show” appointments are charged 100% of the deposit.

Surgical and Dental Procedures: A deposit is required at the time of scheduling. The remaining low-end of the estimate is due the morning of the procedure.

  • The deposit is refundable or can remain as a payment on account if the appointment time is cancelled prior to 12 pm the day before. 
  • The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled after 12pm the day before the procedure or if you do not show up at your designated appointment time. 

Specialist Appointments: A deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

  • Our Cardiologists, Internal Medicine Specialist and Board-Certified Surgeon all have a 24 hr cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment with them, the deposit will be non-refundable as we must pay this to them.
