Appointments

We at Mercy Pet Hospital make every attempt to fully accommodate our patients. We offer scheduled appointments and drops off appointments in an attempt to see each client in a timely manner. Please call us to schedule as our appointments fill up quickly.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or to wait until the next scheduled exam has been seen.

If you consistently miss appointments or continue to be late, we may not allow you to schedule appointments anymore.

Mon-Fri: 8am – 12pm, 1pm – 5pm
Sat: Closed
Sun: Closed

Closed for Lunch: 12pm – 1pm

Payments, Fees, and Deposits

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We require a reservation fee for new clients making an appointment. We also require a deposit at the time a surgical or dental appointment is made. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit. We do not accept checks. We make every effort to make sure that all fees are fair and reasonable. You are encouraged to discuss fees and treatment before services are rendered.

All deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time a procedure is scheduled. We require the low end of the treatment plan to be paid the morning of the surgical or dental procedure.
